Blister equipment, also known as thermoplastic molding machine, mainly uses a vacuum pump to heat and soften PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, and PE types during the molding process. Thermoplastic sheets such as PS are molded into various shapes through molds, forming vacuum covers or attached to the surface of various shaped products. Blister is divided into two types based on the thickness of the sheet: thin sheet and thick sheet.

1、 The production department conducts comprehensive arrangements for equipment maintenance.

2、 Production personnel should take necessary maintenance measures for the maintained blister equipment in daily production, such as cleaning and refueling of the maintained equipment.

3、 After the shift handover, necessary inspections and handover should be carried out on the equipment being maintained. Promptly identify problems and inform maintenance personnel and production departments to handle them. For example, a lack of various spare parts, screw defects, abnormal machine operation, inflexible operation of adjustable parts, and so on.

4、 If other production personnel discover abnormal situations in equipment that is not under their own custody, they should also notify the maintenance personnel and production department to handle them, and notify the equipment maintenance personnel to handle them.

5、 The foreman of the blister forming and blister punching machine should inspect the maintenance status of the equipment in daily operations, and promptly identify and solve problems.

6、 The production department has made pre arrangements for the annual maintenance and repair plan of the entire factory equipment based on the actual situation, and has also conducted inspections and summaries afterwards.

7、 The maintenance personnel of the blister equipment should carefully fill out the "Equipment Operation Status Form", "Equipment Maintenance Record", and "Equipment Maintenance Form".
